Clients need consistent and proven resources who can do what they promised to deliver. Freelance marketplaces serve as a good resource for short-term projects but risks are involved such as immature people applying for jobs and no knowledge of the subject. Hiring in-house resources are way more expensive and it requires a lot of investment of time & money for clients to take resources on-board and train new teams.
